Ed is a Managing Director and Operating Partner at LetterOne. Prior to this role, Ed was Head of the Value Creation Group at Actis, a pan-emerging markets PE fund, where he oversaw a portfolio of 70 investments in private and listed businesses, predominantly in the consumer, health, financial services and education sectors. Ed has broad PE experience covering growth, turnaround and litigation situations in roles as COO, Operating Partner and member of the investment team. He has also worked in industry (Tesco) and strategy consulting (Roland Berger). Ed has a degree in French, Portuguese and Management from Cambridge University.
