Milan is Chief People Officer at L1, bringing over 25 years of experience in Human Resources within the financial services sector. Prior to joining L1, Milan served as Chief People Officer EMEA at Mizuho Bank and Mizuho International Plc and as Head of HR for the EMEA region at Moody’s. He began his career at J P Morgan, where he spent 13 years in HR roles across London, Luxembourg and New York. Milan served on the Council of the University of Essex from 2014 to 2023, during which time he was appointed Senior Independent Director and Pro-Chancellor. He has a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
